    1. Closing Date Midnight, Monday 30th January 2012.
    2. Please PRINT your info clearly.
    3. Paddler 1 on the entry form must be the driver of the boat in the case of a K2. Either paddler s number may be on the boat.
    4. NO post-dated cheques, if deposited you will pay the bank charges.
    5. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REGISTERED MAIL.
    6. NO REFUNDS
    7. Your entry form must be signed by both entrants and by a guardian if a minor, NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT SIGNATURES.

  2. CLOSING DATES

    2.1 Entries must reach the The Unlimited Dusi Secretary or be post-marked on or before Midnight on the closing date, 30th January 2012. If entry is received after the closing time and late post-marked, a late entry fee of R150 will be enforced and will not be processed until the correct fee has been received.

    2.3 Changes in class or partners are permissible until 10th February 2012, an administration fee of R50 will be charged.

  3. REGISTRATION/GOODIE BAG COLLECTION

    You will be required to register between 9 am and 6 pm, on Wednesday 15th February 2012, at the N.C.C. Dusi Pavilion, Camps Drift, Pietermaritzburg only.

  4. PERMANENT DUSI NUMBERS

    Permanent number stickers are awarded each year to all paddlers who have completed 10 Dusis.

  5. DUSI ACHIEVERS AWARDS

    5.1 A TEN YEAR EMBROIDERED DUSI CAP will be available for sale at Registration to those entrants who have completed 10 Dusis or more.
    5.2 A SPECIAL 20 YEAR GOLF SHIRT with an embroidered logo will be awarded to all finishers completing their 20th Dusi.
    5.3 A SPECIAL 30 YEAR JACKET will be awarded to all finishers completing their 30th Dusi. This will be done at the main Prize Giving.

  6. AGE LIMIT

    Entries will only be accepted from qualified paddlers already 15 years of age or older on 1st January 2012.
